Overall, 3 interview steps: with HR, than a second one with a team (the hiring manager, HR lead and the head of the function) and afterwards with the main stakeholder. I was impressed with the speed of the overall interviewing process, the speed of responses and the professionalism of the team during interviewing but as well during the offer and contract discussions.

Interview
The interview process is Very long with so many functions involved. Candidates should be prepared that process can take up to 2-3 months to finish from the beginning to offer. HR is quite professional
They send a link to register some videos their teams can review rather than having a direct conversation. It took me 1h30 instead of announced 40 minutes - not aligned with the "Human by Nature". Their time must be more valuable than the one of candidates.
