GivEnergy interview questions

The initial interview was quite positive. During our conversation, I was asked to explain the reasons behind my decision to pursue this particular career path. Additionally, I was given the opportunity to share my motivations for wanting to join their organization. I felt that my responses allowed me to express my passion for the field and my enthusiasm for the potential role.

I was contacted quickly and booked in for interview, which was a panel with 2 directors and the company owner. I was asked about my experience and what I could bring to the role, it was an informal but really informative session. I was called shortly afterwards to discuss next steps.
