I had an interview some time ago that I would characterize as quite successful. The process was straightforward and efficient, allowing for a clear exchange of ideas and information. Tell us about an experience where you had success in a social media campaign
It is a straightforward process and compares to standard interviews at most organizations. Not too many steps. The interviewers also brought a casual air to the process which as nice as it was, I think made the decision a subject one without much structure.
Simple and brief, relaxed atmosphere. Simple questions, more like an open conversation. Flexibility and openness is what they seem to look for. Experience not only professionally but with life experience is a plus
