A little bit about our process: By the time a position is posted, we have done our research to ensure that the posting accurately reflects the job and what the potential employee will be doing. We work closely with departments to tailor the posting and job description. It is unfortunate that you deemed this job to be a financial analyst position as that is not what the department is currently looking for, that is not what you applied for and that is not what is currently needed. The salary offered is commensurate with experience and the specified job duties.
Also, we are aware of today’s competitive market, once we find qualified candidates, we pride ourselves on not belaboring the interview/offer process. Our process is by no means rushed as we take the utmost care in selecting quality candidates to fill the roles within our organization. If a final decision cannot be made within 2-3 days of being offered, we prefer not to waste anyone’s time. We are looking for serious candidates who are eager to start within a reasonable timeframe (usually 2-3 weeks) after being offered and accepting a position.
