      Customer Success Manager Interview

      12 Mar 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      West Bountiful, UT
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gild (West Bountiful, UT) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Interviewed with the recruiter. Very nice conversation and I thought things went well. The recruiter stated I would interview with the hiring manager the following week. I never heard back from the recruiter. I emailed her twice to follow up. Never got a reply or a denial letter. Advise don't leave candidates hanging if you have told them they are moving forward in the hiring process. If this is how the company runs then me NOT moving forward as an employee was the right thing.
