Interview
Scheduled a 15 minute call. Recruiter called 5 minutes early. Recruiter had limited knowledge of position. Recruiter must have been new to recruiting and had a very limited knowledge of a professional position.

Question 1
Went down the resume and asked basic questions about job roles and responsibilities. I had more detailed interviews at McDonalds when I was a teenager.

Interview
I received an email asking me to schedule an interview through a calendar link. I made one for the following week only to receive a rejection letter the next day, far before my interview. I wrote back to the person who sent me the scheduling email asking if I should remove the meeting from my calendar. Their response was a calendar cancellation of our meeting with no further explanation. I found it extremely unprofessional.

Interview
After applying on-line, I reached out directly to the Inside Technical Recruiter. After reviewing my resume, I had a phone screen with the Inside Technical Recruiter, the Systems Engineer I am partnered with, and the Sr. VP of WW Sales. The entire process was very efficient from application to offer. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. From application to offer, the entire process took only about 5 weeks.
