Interview
I had 4 interviews before being hired for this position. They are very meticulous about getting the right people hired on, which everyone here really appreciates. First is a 1/2 hour phone screen, then a 1 hour in person interview, then a 3 to 4 hour panel interview. Then sometimes, a final phone screen with someone at corporate (out of state).

Some of the interviewers like to assess critical thinking skills, so they will ask logic questions. The correct answer isn't as important as the process you use to think it through.
