Applied through add on online job board and was contacted by an HR representative for a 30 minute phone interview covering basic questions about my resume and interest in the position. Had to complete a writing assessment including writing a business letter and proofreading. Then had a 2nd interview with two attorneys to cover more specifics of the position.

Interview
Went to the office and spoke with all 3 attorneys that I would eventually end up working for. It was pretty informal and chatty. I think the whole thing lasted about 40 minutes.
