Gerstein Fisher interview questions

First interview with head of HR. Very friendly and only asked some behavioral questions and got to know you. Last interview is with the head of Research in the Investment Strategies group. Also friendly and really tried to get to know you. Both interviews went very well and I received an offer shortly after the last interview. If you're passionate and interested in working there, you'll have a great interviewing process.

Talked to Gregg and sales people. Spent a lot of time discussing firm's investment strategy, my background, and what I wanted and didn't want in the role. Turns out that it was almost all BS. What Gregg/they assured me I would do doing was a TOTAL bait and switch. Firm just seeking to increase assets at any cost.
