Applied to a posting on my college recruiting website. First interview was a 45 minute phone call interview. Questions were straightforward about past work experience and my resume. Second interview was on campus with 2 company executives. They asked questions about my resume and technical course work that I was taking. I did not make the final round of interviews but was contacted 3 weeks later about a 2nd position that they added and received an offer.
