Interview
It was great with the late leader and chairperson of the department. He was very courteous, He knew what the department wanted and was a great motivator. But alas after he died the department lost all.
Not too hard. Interview with university professor. Asked about my background and also some technical questions for the subject I was applying. Got an offer after some more personality interviews.
Rigorous Process, but I would say it is easy to crack for an average person with the required qualification. The questions are very rudimentary however the process is time-consuming and hence rigorous
