There are breakout rooms in the building where the managers were when I arrived. First, they discussed the role/position of the opportunity. Next, they went through a series of interview questions. The conversation flowed easily and was very laid back.

If you were given a list of 10 tasks from your advisor that were impossible to finish by the deadline, how would you complete the tasks?
Interviews were not hard, its just competitive since they are paying for your tuition. I would get to know the person hiring before interviewing so you have a better chance of getting the role.

Straight forward and behavioral If you know the STAR method you’ll be fine just master the behavioral interview questions format and the star format. Overall the interview process was easy and the interviewers were also very relaxed
I emailed one professor about any available assistantships and she referred me to the one that I am currently in. I emailed them and they set up an interview. I did a virtual interview with the supervisor and the director.
