Interview
Before you get an interview, if you meet the criteria, you are emailed a list of questions pertaining to the job you applied for. You have about 3 days to respond to the questions. Next, if you are granted an interview it is done via Zoom with the manager of the group, and maybe 2 other people. They will ask pretty standard interview questions, then you are emailed a writing prompt that you have 15 minutes to email back your response.

Interview
It was conversational. I was interviewed by 3 managers. It lasted for about 1 hour. Then, I was given 15 minutes to write an essay. They also collected my transcripts and referees.
