Interview
Quick, interview process. I was first contacted by HR, then the specific interview department. I interviewed for two different jobs in two different divisions at Georgetown. Helpful to know the jesuit values. They were very intentional and friendly. Asked a lot of questions about my undergraduate experience.
The interview process was fairly simple, and consisted of two rounds. The first was with my manager, and the second round was with other senior faculty members. Their questions were mostly based on my prior job experience and transferable skills.

Interview
The interview process was very clear, although many steps were required (phone screen, two or three Zoom calls). They wanted to get the buy-in of the full team, which I thought was nice.
