Phone screen, 1st interview, second interview, all in person. Everyone I met with was extremely personable, but it did take them a while to get back to me. Not sure how many other candidates they were interviewing.

Arrived at the head office. I was introduced to the team and offered tea. Fairly casual interview process nice guys. Quite a small company, however they have all there own drilling rigs, everybody is very close
