Applied online through employment web site, and received email requesting that I call and schedule an interview appointment. I had two one on one interviews, one by a supervisory level employee and one by the field services department head. The first interview was mostly about the company, and didn't really focus on my skills and experience. The second interview with the department head was more productive, and he had hiring authority. I was offered a position and declined after a lot of consideration due to compensation considerations, but felt it was a pretty good company. I was also concerned about advancement opportunities for field personnel. They did a good job presenting the company and its good points, but they didn't have prevailing wage jobs available for new or junior employees.
