In person. Met with several members of the company in a meeting. I was able to ask questions and the overall environment was exciting. I did not receive a follow up however. I do believe there was some error within HR. There had been communication issues from the beginning concerning email addresses and phone umbers.

Met with COO, CEO and couple of other senior managers. Went smooth. Relevant questions by friendly people. There was no gotcha questions. The interview was in 3 different sessions, one on one which was followed by a group discussion.

Came in and interviewed with the hiring manager and the HR director for the position. The process was very simple and I was informed by phone that I had received the job. The HR director was very friendly.
