you fill out application and then have two different interviews then you may get a call back for the second interview . If you make it through the second interview then you are hired.

The interview process was easy and straight forward. They will ask you about your recruitment methods. They want details on what you will do to retain the volunteers you have already recruited. They prefer you to live locally.
