Genpak interview questions

Easy, there wasn’t one. The HR recruiter setup my interview time and date and the employer never called me. No email, no phone call, nothing. Just got ghosted. I emailed HR and let them know not to contact me because I was no longer interested in the position. This display of utter disrespect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It is unacceptable as an employee, so the same standard should apply to an employer. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they obviously do not respect or care about their employees at all.

Interview was quick and not difficult at all. The interviewing manager had a great attitude and made the process comfortable and made you feel at ease. I was asked basic question on previous positions. And a series of questions regarding the new position.
