Onboarding is quite lengthy process and need various information which is not that important (in my opinion).

3. What do you understand by transaction monitoring?
4. Documents needed for KYC process for a trust, public company.

Interview
Only hire with people relevant experience.
You can go through a walk-in interview. They say that the interview will happen quickly but it takes a lot of time, nearly a whole day (please keep your schedule in that manner).
