I applied online and was invited for an interview which was conducted by 3 of the staff in Nairobi, Kenya in May 2018. The interview went well and took approximately 30 minutes. The hiring staff promised to organize for a video call for the second interview with the CEO once they were back in the US, but this never materialized. He later sent an email after me following up to inform me that they will not be making a decision for a few weeks. Well, it is 3 months now and they don't even respond to emails. I understand rejection of candidates is a normal thing in recruitment, but at least do it professionally. I believe the experience after the interview eroded all the goodwill I had for Genius Plaza.
