I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Genistar (London, England)
Interview
Interested people either visit a presentation or are sent a video link to a presentation, after which there is an interview with a leader of the company. At this meeting there will be an exchange of information to see whether there is a mutual synergy since the interviewer is usually held by the person likely to be responsible for training the new recruit.
At the interview there will be an explanation of how the business is structured, the training involved both mandatory and voluntary and the ongoing availability of training; how one get's paid, promoted, how to build a team and how to get clients as well as an explanation of the support mechanism in place to support the new rep during every step of their career with Genistar.

Question 1
There are no difficult questions. The prospective recruit will be asked about themselves, when they started earning money; what are they most proud of in their lives to date; how would their friends describe them; how much money they would like to earn a month.
