several rounds of interviews and 5 hour modeling test, then "super day", which was not actually the final round. There was a several week silence between rounds, then extremely rushed process of 2 additional interviews leading up to the in person super day

Long and with various steps. They do take the process seriously. I would say personality fit over technical skills. There is technical assessment, but very vague and not specific to you everyday job.
