I went to career fair on campus. I submit the resume to recruiter directly. I was told they do not accept resume online. Just take resumes during career fair. I was told I will have an interview with them immediately once the recruiter read my resume. I receive the formal interview invitation in about 3 weeks. and there was only one day interview on campus. There were two back to back behavioral interview. The first interviewer asked several questions. but the second one was a director, he almost let me ask questions for the whole interview. Its more like a conversation instead of an interview. I received an unofficial notice for acceptance in 3 business days. I am still waiting for official offer from HR. I do not know any detail about the job offer at this point. According to review here, everything is not bad. I am going to accept the offer once I get an official one.
