My experience interviewing with GM was amazing.
The whole process was clearly laid out.
Step 1 - Recruiter call. Basic questions about background, relocation, interest, benefits, salary expectations etc.
Step 2: 2 hr long video interview (1 hr/ manager)
Each manager asked 4 'Tell us about a time' question.
Responses were in STAR format. Manager were relaxed and interested in hearing my responses.
The manager and recruiter got back to me with the offer in 2 weeks time.
Salary negotiation is a little difficult here. They could not match my current offer as per the location cost of living comparison.
Overall the experience was good.
