Had an initial phone interview in September, and was just given an orientation date of February 22nd. Long hiring process. In between you're required to have a medical exam, and fill out the required on boarding documents.

Interview
There is only a weld test. It is a hardwire mig test running uphill beads on a fillet weld. You just go to the location and fill out paperwork, but it's not a written test or anything.
