I had one quick thirty-minute phone screen followed by 3 onsite interviews on the GA campus. The questions were relatively easy. I was a little thrown off by the interviewers asking me if I would be offended by current male GA employees, who happen to be prior military, using curse words in the office. I thought asking an external candidate this question was highly unprofessional and just plain weird. It makes you wonder what type of culture GA is trying to build for its employees.
