Interview
Meet with HR, then meet with department manager. Manager ask about background then proceeds to ask a serious of technical questions. Some required reciting equations. Some are basic concepts related to engineering. Then meet with potential lead who proceeded to ask similar questions.
FYI, this has changed and is now a panel interview.

None of the ones I was asked were unexpected or particularly unexpected.
I was flown in for an Onsite interview after 2 interviews, The company informed me that they would be paying for hotel and rental car but only payed for hotel after the interviews.
The interview started with a phone call from HR. The next step was a phone call with hiring manager that lasted about an hour. Lastly there was an on-site interview with multiple employees from the team. Very typical process

First I spoke with a recruiter about the position and basic benefits information and next steps. Then I had a Teams interview with one of the department managers. Then I was told to wait to hear back. There is like a 5 step process.
