This was by far the worst interview process of my life! Different recruiters from the same team kept contacting me, clearly without speaking to each other and not knowing that another person had called. Then, you wouldn't hear anything for multiple weeks at a time. This was when the job market was super-hot too, so it was weird to see someone not understanding that dynamic so badly. Team members, who eventually interviewed me, were inexperienced interviewers, stumbling around and asking the weirdest questions, that were not related to the job (I am not a junior and have tons of experience, both with the job and interviewing, so I was quite weirded out). And finally, after more than one round of interviews, the whole group disappeared again and never even sent a 'Thank you for your interest' email. I myself lost interest by then because the team clearly didn't know what they were doing, but it was pretty rude.
