I got contacted by my recruiter for a contractor position and she scheduled an interview within a week. The interviews are pretty standard with a lot of emphasis on the behavioral questions rather than the technical material.

2 Interview panels. One with Analysts and another with supervisors. Each participant asks you 2 questions. Scenario based questions. Each panel can take up to an hour in duration each

HR will set a time to phone screen you if your resume is selected. Next, they will schedule a time for the hiring manager to have a phone conversation with you. Lastly, you will have a peer panel interview.
