I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Genbook (Sydney) in Feb 2018
Interview
The first interview was a f2f 1 hour discussion-type interview (rather than those interrogation type ones) where the CTO and I talked about my experience, the role itself and the objectives.
The second interview was 2 days later f2f where I met the CTO, 2 of the senior devs and the CEO. It was also more of a discussion type interview.
Two days after the second interview I was asked for references but I did not go ahead because I received an offer from elsewhere which I favoured more.

Question 1
Here's our existing setup. Can you draw (on the whiteboard) an architectural diagram of this setup in AWS?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Genbook (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2013
Interview
Recruiter phone screen. In person interview.
Recruiter showed up late to the interview and was attire was highly disheveled. Collared shirt was untucked and his jeans looked old. That was the good part of the interview and it went downhill from there.
The interview consisted of a series of questions like do you know how to create a landing page and what are the offers that worked for you in the past. What kind of response rates did they produce.
Where do I send the invoice for my time? Clearly a waste of time and energy.
