I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Gem
Interview
Thoughtful and well planned out interview process. I had a call with the hiring manager > spoke with a recruiter > exercise > mock call > multipart virtual "onsite". The hiring team was well prepared and actually engaged during the interviews.
The recruiting team was incredibly helpful, quick to help schedule calls and supported me through the process. I believe the preparation materials provided for these calls helped me be successful during the interview process.

Question 1
I was asked to give an example of a time I disagreed with a coworker.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gem (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Thoughtful process without an excessive number of interviews. Met with the Recruiter for a typical screen, then the hiring manager, a mock qbr, and a cross-functional panel. Overall everyone was friendly and engaging, and there was no sense of using "gotcha" questions.

Question 1
What would your approach be for a customer who says they don't plan to renew because they're not seeing value?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gem (Zoomvliet) in May 2024
Interview
1.) Phone screen with recruiter, 2.) book of business project, 3.) mock customer call
Recruiting team was warm and friendly, but the hiring team was extremely rude and unprofessional. They described themselves as "nice" but you could clearly read the room during the interview.
After I presented the mock customer call and asked the team a few questions, the hiring manager abruptly ended the call without any goodbye or appreciation for my time during the interview process.
