The interview process starts with the IQ test and mcq type subject related test. In the next step they will provide you a research paper and ask you to write the summary. After sending the summary no reply from them. Overall personally I don't like their interview process/format.

It involved three stages i.e. written test, summary writing and video interview. The process was tedious. They shortlisted the profile and later said, its not matching with out requirement. On a whole, the company may be good, but hardly anyone conducts interviews like this. As I have given enough interviews in the past.
