It was a relaxed environment. It started out as a simple conversation getting to know each other and see our values then they asked some typical interview questions. I got an interview from a career fair then a final interview at the main office in Nebraska.

I first had a one-on-one interview following a campus recruiting event. Next, I went through the HR process via phone calls. The final round interview consisted of four interviews from regional vice presidents.

Interview
Good cop, bad cop by VPs and standard HR Qs from the HR rep. I was put into contact with a variety of personalities and made to wait, not have lunch etc to see how I'd respond. (tough jobs need tough people)
