I was interviewed on site by a 3 person panel who read questions verbatim that they pulled from the internet. My interview which was scheduled for 45 minutes was over in 12 minutes. This was the classic interview where they already selected someone but the had to go through the process to formally interview/reject people. I was not asked a single technical question. This is what you can expect from a government job. Qualifications and experience do not matter, race and sex does. Welcome to Connecticut.
