First interview was a phone call from someone within the HR department, consisted of reiterating everything already listed on my resume; this was so they could determine my ability to read.
Second interview consisted of a Teams meeting with a director and a member of the respective team I would be working on/with. The manager that I would report to directly was conveniently not present. Questions asked seemed to come from two individuals who were unsure/unaware of what was posted in the original job listing, nothing of a behavioral nature was asked. Neither individual seemed to have much experience related to the qualifications of the job, or that they possess the collective personality beyond that of a consumer grade flip-flop.
