Initially HR reached out via email to set up a time to call for a phone screening. During the call, she asked some basic questions about personality, work history and so on. Explained the benefits, pay range, etc. Normal stuff, no complaints.

Had a phone interview first with HR, then an in person panel style interview with 4 Team leads in the Aviation department. They asked the standard interview questions and my experience with Garmin aviation products. Asked about my flight ratings and flight time.

After about three weeks after I applied Garmin recruiter contacted me regarding a phone interview. The phone interview was very relaxed and was purely to expound on your resume. No real interview questions. The phone interview is simply about making sure you are courteous and professional over the phone.
