I applied in-person. I interviewed at Gap Engineering, Construction and Inspections (Houston, TX) in Jul 2013
Interview
It was a very laid back interview. They asked a couple questions about myself but overall very easy going. I met with all the people that work there and they introduced themselves and after I received an offer.
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gap Engineering, Construction and Inspections (Salt Lake City, UT) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was by far the weirdest interview I have ever had. They were not the traditional questions and it almost felt like the main objective was to find out if they liked me as a person compared to my actual abilities. He did mention that this job would be one where you would collaborate as a group more than do individual work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Who was your biggest role model while growing up? (Another student who also interviewed with them mentioned that he asked the question: How lucky are you?)
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Gap Engineering, Construction and Inspections
Interview
Did not have an interview. Applied and was contacted in a couple hours. Called and told about the opportunity and asked to start that week and find the necessary PPE and flame retardant clothing. I was given a vague description about what I would be doing, but I had no experience, so I had no idea what I would do when I got there.
