Interview
I was not interviewed at all. Ganz wanted me to return to them so they presented an offer immediately without interviewing. For the original interview obviously cared about finding the right candidate.

Question 1
Will you be able to guarantee success of migrating the existing tools for the new company acquisition. The company is not going to risk this acquisition if we can't deliver the same tools as Ganz is using.
