1️⃣ Pre-Placement Talk The company gives an introduction about their work, job roles, salary details, and explains the complete hiring process. 2️⃣ Online Test A written/online exam that usually includes aptitude, logical reasoning, English, and basic technical questions. 3️⃣ Technical Interview In this round, they ask questions related to your projects, internships, mechanical/engineering knowledge, problem-solving, and practical understanding. 4️⃣ HR Interview This is the final round where they check your communication skills, attitude, background, and whether you fit well in the company.

They expect you to be on time and when you reach on time, they expect you to wait for 1.5 hr, because the person who is going to take interview is busy. This speaks about the culture of the company. 9 to 7 on weekdays and 9 to 3 on Saturday is their work timings. Personal mobile has to be kept in locker as it is not allowed in office.
