Two rounds of online interviews, a skills test and presentation to demonstrate your understanding of a project cycle. First interview felt a little intimidating, interviewers where friendly and asked standard questions relating to the role ending with the candidate running through the presentation. First interview was successful which led to a second with the division manager. Second interview was tougher with more direct questions relating more to agility and work style and to determine if you would be a good fit for the team. Thereafter I was ghosted, no communication or feedback, which is unprofessional considering there was 2 rounds of interviews, skills test and a presentation. A professional recruitment process would always provide some form of communication and not leave candidates hanging!
