The first round was of a sourcing round and the interviewer who praised himself as a legend in recruitment, doesn't even have some ethics or tried to make the candidate comfortable on the first call rather tried to mock by laughing.
His communication was very much incomprehensible and was having a bad attitude which shows the lack of culture this company has by hiring such nutheads.
Also the questions were not even sensible for an example " when i said i do not have any leadership hiring experience but has entry and lateral tech hiring, he started to ask what is the job responsibility of a senior engineering manager and a director " this shows how senseless the interviewer was and not focusing on the right set of introduction the candidate was answering at the beginning when he was asked which roles have you worked on.
Moreover he specifically didn't know what the company does other than saying we have build Ludo game on playstore. He thoroughly bluffed saying " we do not use naukri or instahyre (we do not get people who fit for gameberry labs from these portals)and we use only linkedin and get 20 profiles per day on linkedin the same day we send in mail". I mean who would even put other job portals down by telling no quality. He doesn't even know what the word "OVERSEAS" mean when i asked if this company is planning to build overseas. He replied with broken english saying "what is this meaning". I suggest candidates who are applying for TA here never go ahead because they showcase thier company as two times better than FAANG. Especially if you are applying for 3 years experienced, expect questions which are to be asked for a senior manager TA.
