The process is fine, but expect long waiting times. Assessments also take several hours due to the high volume of applicants currently being accommodated on site during peak recruitment periods.

Interview
- Expect 2 weeks of overall process.
1st is initial interview where they'll ask you questions in your resume.
2nd is technical and situational questions with the hiring manager. In my case, it's an interview on the phone.
3rd is the final, where you'll meet the CEO, discuss the project and the company. You'll have the choice whether to accept or decline the job offer. If you say you'll think about the offer first, they'll give you one day. If you accept the offer, you'll be expected to attend an orientation.

Interview
The interview process at GameOps Inc. usually starts with an initial screening by HR, either through a call or email, where they confirm your availability, experience, and expected salary.
If you pass the screening, you may be asked to take an online or onsite assessment, which can include logic questions, basic aptitude, and a scenario-based test (such as spotting bugs in a game screenshot).
After the assessment, there may be one or two interviews—typically with the HR representative and a technical lead. These interviews may cover your educational background, how you handle bugs or conflicts, what games you play, and your approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
Once all stages are completed, you may be placed in a talent pool while they match you with a project or client.
The whole process can sometimes be done in a single day or over a few days, depending on their needs and your availability.
