Very interactive and fun! Got a chance to role play and have honest conversations about what I was looking for with founders. I felt that they were really interested in who I was. Also asked to shadow a day on site.

Overall the people I spoke to were nice but the process was very unorganized and made me wonder what the overall work experience would be like. First phone “interview” was a person who spoke about themselves and the position, didn’t ask me many questions, and called me by the wrong name. Second round of interviews was a better experience. Was asked to complete a take home assignment, submitted it, and never heard anything back. I even followed up with an email. Makes me wonder what the organization is like here.
