Gallant’s process to hire the correct person to work within their company is extremely thorough, and one to be valued. I was able to get to know the owner and the director of facilities.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Gallant Construction Company (Crystal Lake, IL) in Mar 2016

Interview

Interview process is way too long. Its 3 hours long and it could be cut down to easily an hour for what they do. On top of that they do a 45 phone screen interview before you do the actual interview. Process is 4 hours long. Believe it should be only an hour. Questions are just repeated.
