I applied online, shortly after that, a recruiter reached out to me and we were able to set up an interview. I had the interview and was offered a job that same week.
Fairly standard interview process. You start off interviewing with a recruiter and then progress through the hiring team. While there are questions, they are conversational in nature. It feels like they want to get to know your personality and ensure you have a baseline set of skills.

Only the first round phone interview. Recruiter was not the most knowledgeable about the company so that was a turn off. Did not provide any indication of what the company was like.
