They will not ask you anything that is written on your resume. They simply want to understand if you can make a cold call, if you are good at networking, and do you have what it takes to sell insurance.

What would be your first step to find a company to sell to?
Multiple rounds - 3 - speaking with various people throughout the company. Last round was a presentation, so be ready to show off your public speaking and sales skills with this. There will be questions at the end that is panel style.
