I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Gallagher (Omaha, NE) in Jun 2019
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and an interview was set up. I met with two supervisors. This was a fairly routine interview with typical questions. I had interviewed with this company a couple of years earlier and when I walked in the door, one of the supervisors said "oh, it's you". I thought by the tone of her voice that didn't sound good. But the interview proceeded in a courteous manner until the end. When I walked out of the room, I could hear one of the supervisors say "she's so.....". I knew again that wasn't favorable. That really left an impression, and not a favorable one of this company. I think candidates who interview with a company want to be treated with respect, and not bashed the minute they walk out the door. I still think about that a couple of years later.
