I was contacted by HR and progressed to the next stage, where I was assigned a task to complete a JBP in preparation for an in-person interview. The process felt manageable however, after submitting the task, I unfortunately never heard back from the team. Despite following up, there was no communication or closure, which was disappointing.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Galderma (London, England) in Jun 2024
Interview
I got a call from HR to check the basic information if that match the expectation from both side on salary range and work location. And then follow up the first interview with the hiring manager very quickly. It takes less than a week to know that I passed and got the final f2f interview which was a very pleasant experience and quick process.
However, I had heard anything from them after the final f2f interview although I got a lots of positive feedback during the presentation and the hiring manager promised to feedback me in a week. I have chased the HR for a few weeks for the update but there is no any reply and almost ghost me. It was very disappointing in the end and I can't see they have any respect to the candidate after making so much effort to travel and prepare the presentation.
