Gaea Mobile interview questions

The first part of the interview were with 2 individuals that used to be in the community managing position. They were really nice and engaging with the people they were interviewing. The second part of the interview is with the General Manager Jason in which it was scheduled to be a video and was not prepared to be on camera. Also, all the questions were scattered. He thought my other passion was a concern which was streaming [this shouldn't determine my employment when I pretty much make my schedule anyways and wouldn't of been effected that much]. He was unprepared to discuss the budget they had for compensation so I couldn't really determine a hourly rate to him. Overall the experience wasn't relaxed and not comfortable to be honest. I'm happy I didn't move forward.

The interview process was actually really great! I have no idea what happened though, as I interviewed in person then I never heard back. It's been almost two months and still not a peep. I probably should have emailed them after two weeks, but it's incredibly unprofessional to not email a potential employee, even if its to decline the job. I wouldn't want to work for a company that ghosts applicants, so bullet dodged.
